Jay Diem

Jay Diem is the Founder of SloariX Security, a veteran-owned cybersecurity consulting firm based in Centreville, Virginia. He also serves as a Program Committee Director at Cnxtd Event Media Corp, where he supports the development of cybersecurity conference content and thought leadership.
At SloariX, Jay architected the SloariX SecureAI Framework™, a modular, GenAI-integrated solution designed to enhance federal security operations through intelligent orchestration, automation, and Zero Trust alignment.
Prior to founding SloariX Security, Jay was a Director at GDIT, where he led enterprise CSfC solutions and collaborated directly with the NSA CSfC PMO to deploy and modernize capability packages, including Mobile Access, Campus WLAN, Multi-Site Connectivity, and Data at Rest.
