“Pop-up” style backdrops are permitted. Complete information regarding shipping, drayage, setup, AV, electrical, IT and AV equipment services is included in the Sponsor Services kit. Each exhibitor will be responsible for ordering their own electrical outlet for their booth and any AV equipment that is needed.
