Sponsor Services
“Pop-up” style backdrops are permitted. Complete information regarding shipping, drayage, setup, AV, electrical, IT and AV equipment services is included in the Sponsor Services kit. Once you click the link you will be taken to the Exhibitor AV & Electrical form. Each exhibitor will be responsible for ordering their own electrical outlet for their booth and any AV equipment that is needed.
All booths include an 8′ x 8′ table top exhibit booth with the following items:
1 – 6′ Black Skirted Table
2 – Side Chairs
1 – Wastebasket,Table Tent Booth Identification Sign and all conference materials.
