Requirements for the U.S. Cyber Trust Mark (T01a)
The U.S. Cyber Trust Mark, a cybersecurity certification seal and informational label program for consumer IoT, is being launched by the Federal Communications Commission and industry. Manufacturer requirements for product certification are nearly finalized. This talk will review technical and non-technical requirements for the device, any companion smartphone application, and cloud services. The speaker represents the Consumer Technology Association, which developed technical standards for the program in conjunction with UL Solutions and other groups in the private sector.
