Security Through Overlapping Certification Schemes: What Do We Need to Be Doing Better? (T02a)
There are many test and certification processes throughout the DIB and Federal space. We all win if these schemes are complimentary and add to the overall enterprise security. This talk will focus on the underlying common criteria framework and look at the ties to FEDRAMP and international efforts. Technologies like SBOM, Cloud, IOT, and AI will be discussed on how they will be integrated and leveraged for a more secure enterprise. Links to EU testing frameworks and hopes for international alignment will also be presented.
