Where the U.S. Cyber Trust Mark Stands in 2026 (T00a)
This talk explains the implementation status of the U.S. Cyber Trust Mark, including the FCC’s voluntary framework for wireless consumer IoT products, the label-and-QR-code model, the rules currently in effect, the remaining implementation steps, and when manufacturers can begin submitting products. It will also examine the FCC’s selection of ioXt Alliance as the new Lead Administrator and the implications of prior recommendations that remain under FCC review.
