Update from the AI Certification World (M11a)
Certification can be a useful tool to add credibility, by demonstrating that a product or service meets the expectations of customers. For some industries, certification is a legal or contractual requirement. Per the ISO website: Certification is the provision by an independent body of written assurance (a certificate) that the product, service or system in question meets specific requirements. In this talk the speaker will provide a very brief overview of the current work at ISO (and it’s sub organizations) as well as CEN/ CENELEC with regard to the certification of AI system. The Speaker is a representative on several ISO/IEC subcommittees.
