Leslie Weinstein

Leslie Weinstein is Vice President of Cybersecurity at State Street, where she designs and implements secure and compliant processes for information systems within one of the world’s largest custodian banks and asset managers. She is also the founder of The Cyber Advisor LLC, an independent consultancy focused on cybersecurity compliance.

Leslie brings nearly 20 years of experience across the defense sector, having served as a Civilian, contractor, and Army Officer. She is a Major in the U.S. Army Reserve, with prior assignments at Army Cyber Command, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and the 101st Airborne Division. Her civilian career includes leadership roles at Deloitte, SAIC, and Booz Allen Hamilton, where she supported the DoD CIO and OUSD (A&S) on cyber workforce and policy initiatives, including precursor efforts of the CMMC.

She holds a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University and an MBA from Cornell University. She is currently pursuing her J.D. at the University of Baltimore School of Law, with expected graduation in December 2025. Leslie will be applying for admission to the Maryland Bar by sitting for the February 2026 bar exam.
