Stephen Horvath, Jr.

Steve Horvath is senior vice president of Xacta Solutions at Telos Corporation, where he leads strategy and business operations for the company’s Xacta and AMHS product lines, with a focus on the continued evolution of cybersecurity risk management and compliance automation. With more than 25 years of experience, he brings a combination of hands-on technical expertise and executive leadership to helping organizations address complex security and compliance requirements.
Since joining Telos in 2006, Steve has established a professional services delivery model supporting the Xacta platform and assumed broader responsibility for product strategy, investment and customer delivery. His work focuses on aligning security technology with the practical needs of government and commercial organizations.
Previously, Steve spent eight years at Booz Allen Hamilton as a cybersecurity technologist and information assurance consultant, conducting security risk assessments, implementing controls and developing remediation strategies. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and maintains the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
